Object<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1008\">System360 CRM is a cloud-based business management platform that offers CRM, process automation, sales management, proposals, contracts, tasks, customer support and reporting capabilities.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1122\">The service is available through subscription and accessible via web browser, with a 14-day free trial.<\/p><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1127\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1165\">3. User Responsibilities<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1639\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1314\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1314\">The user is\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1261\">entirely responsible for the information and data registered on the platform<\/strong>\u00a0, including personal and commercial data of third parties.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1490\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1490\">The user must ensure the security of their access credentials, as well as\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1473\">carefully evaluate the permission levels assigned to other users<\/strong>\u00a0within the account.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1639\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1639\">TXR Solu\u00e7\u00f5es e Tecnologia Ltda\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1639\">is not responsible for improper access or incorrect use caused by internal management failures by the client.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1644\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1675\">4. Default and Account Deletion<\/h2><ul data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2923\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2508\" data-end=\"2596\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2510\" data-end=\"2596\">In case of\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2557\">default of more than 45 days<\/strong>\u00a0, the account will be considered\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2595\">inactive<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2809\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2615\">After this deadline:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2809\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2731\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2731\">The account may be\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2681\">automatically suspended and\/or deleted<\/strong>\u00a0, with\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2719\">the permanent removal of the linked data<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2734\" data-end=\"2809\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2809\">Before deletion,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2772\" data-end=\"2808\">attempts will be made to contact you via email<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2923\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2923\">The user is solely responsible for performing backups or exports of data before final termination.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"2928\" \/><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2957\">7.
