c) Payment details

  • Payment information processed via gateways such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Asaas, EFI , among others. This data is processed exclusively by the respective intermediaries.

d) Data entered by the user

  • All information voluntarily stored in the CRM (e.g. customer data, proposals, contracts, tasks, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the contractor.

  • Institutional communication, promotions and updates (with consent)

  • In case of default for more than 45 days , the account may be permanently deleted , with irreversible removal of all registered data .

  • After cancellation, the data will be kept for up to 30 days for possible recovery upon request. After that, they will be permanently deleted .
