1. Acceptance of Terms

By using System360 CRM, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use, being responsible for complying with all conditions described herein.

2. Object

System360 CRM is a cloud-based business management platform that offers CRM, process automation, sales management, proposals, contracts, tasks, customer support and reporting capabilities.

The service is available through subscription and accessible via web browser, with a 14-day free trial.

3. User Responsibilities

• The user is entirely responsible for the information and data registered on the platform , including personal and commercial data of third parties.

• The user must ensure the security of their access credentials, as well as carefully evaluate the permission levels assigned to other users within the account.

• TXR Soluções e Tecnologia Ltda is not responsible for improper access or incorrect use caused by internal management failures by the client.

4. Information Security

• System360 adopts strict data protection measures, including:

  • Data encryption

  • Automatic and regular backups

  • Secure hosting on protected servers

• Still, no system is 100% infallible , and the user acknowledges the risks inherent in using online systems.

5. Payments and Commercial Conditions

• Payment for services is made through intermediaries (gateways) such as Stripe, Mercado Pago, Google Pay, Apple Pay, EFI and ASAAS .

• Billing is carried out according to the plan chosen by the user and follows the conditions and frequency agreed upon at the time of contracting.

• The 14-day free trial is available to new users only and does not require payment details during the trial period.

6. Default and Account Deletion

• In case of default of more than 45 days , the account will be considered inactive .

• After this deadline:

  • The account may be automatically suspended and/or deleted , with the permanent removal of the linked data .

  • Before deletion, attempts will be made to contact you via email .

• The user is solely responsible for performing backups or exports of data before final termination.

7. Account Cancellation

• The user can request the cancellation of their account at any time through support at contato@system360.com.br .

• After cancellation:

  • Access will be revoked.

  • Stored data will be kept for up to 30 days for possible recovery upon formal request.

  • After this period, the data will be permanently deleted .

9. Changes to Terms

TXR Soluções e Tecnologia Ltda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes agreement to the new terms.

10. Forum

The jurisdiction of the district of Marechal Deodoro, Alagoas – Brazil , is elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms of Use, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
